- Fat Loss 4 Idiots Update
I was doing the Fat loss 4 Idiots diet when I wrote the review of it here. I just wanted to update my progress on it. You do 11 days with 3 days off between each diet phase. I did the first 11 days and lost 3 kg (6.6 lbs).
I started the second 11 day period but only did 7 days. I lost an additional 1.5 kg on that. Why did I stop when I was doing so well? I couldn't keep it upand my weight loss wasn't as dramatic on the second phase.I have lost 4 kg (8.8 lbs) which is such a boost and a great boost to my weight loss motivation. I think the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet isn't the best for weight loss but it is a great start and worth it from that point of view.
I have now graduated onto the Burn The Fat Diet which is way of eating that is more sustainable. I have set an initial goal of 3 months. Over that period I should have seen some real changes. My biggest challenge will be getting into regular strength training routine. I will post the changes and my progress here.
