This is spot on as far as I am concerned. Dieting, losing body fat, exercising, you need to be motivated and its all in your head. The mindset is there or it isn’t and when we fall down its because we can’t control what happens in our heads. Certainly this is true for me.
Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is an excellent plan and will lead you to your fat loss goal if you want it enough. I give it 4 stars not 5 only because I think it might be too much hard work for some people. But if you are someone who wants to do gym exercise then I think this plan should be just right for you.
