Plants Only Diets Like Skinny Bitch
Have you read Skinny Bitch? Its all about cutting out animal fats altogether. It sounds like the vegan diet and similar to the one that ex President Clinton has been following. He did for his health, to try and overcome the heart disease he has from years of eating hamburgers and chips. He has lost 28lbs to date by simply cutting out all those foods.
It means eating in the way that Dr. McDougall recommend and also Dr. Esselstyn, who has helped former President Bill Clinton lose 20 lbs, in his book “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease” . It means no meat, no fish, no eggs, no dairy foods.
This way of eating used to be called fad but it is now known to be a very healthy diet indeed. If you really want to lose weight and be very healthy you might like to try this kind of diet.
Which diet really works then? This is what works- but I have to tell you it isn’t very easy. It really isn’t a miracle diet and I don’t think there is such a diet anywhere. If you really and truly want to lose weight and keep it off without drugs or surgery then this is a brilliant way to do it and it does work but only if you are willing to make it work.
All those diets that lie to you are making money for the creator of the diets so please stop enriching these folk and start eating the way nature intended you to. This way to lose weight isn’t quick fix but a complete change in the way you eat. It means rethinking all you have previousley learned about what sort of food you need to be healthy. Are you ready for that?
